Omniva LT UAB | Omniva lost my package |

I bought a small gift for my wife's birthday on Aliexpress and sent it to her name and address. Omniva sent the package back to the sender after holding it for one month even though the address, phone number and tracking number were correct . Omniva's service employee claimed that Omniva could not proceed sending the package without receiver's e-mail; this claim is false. Service employee refused to provide manager's contact information to appeal Omniva's actions and refused to reimburse the price of the package which is US $8.92.
